Beds & Mattress can take 7/10 days, as each bed is individually crafted upon order.

Sofas if in stock can take 7/14 days, and back orders can take 4 - 6 weeks. On rare occasions it can take up to 8 weeks.

Custom beds with wall mounted headboard can take 7/14 days.

Yes delivery is included free and Assembly can be done for an additional charge. All deliveries and assembly is carried out with a Third Party Courier company.

Yes all our products come with Warranty

Beds and custom beds come with 3 year manufacturer warranty. Covers the frame, headboard, footboard. If the padding and upholstery come undone due to manufacturing fault, we will replace the part. Wear and Tear is not included.

Storage features covered areas are Gas lift/hydraulic arm becomes faulty, not working correctly, unable to open or close. We will replace the faulty part.

Mattress 2 year manufacturer warranty. Covers the collapse of the mattress. Note: Memory Mattress are designed to mould around your body, this is a common mistake people assume the mattress has collapsed. Wear & Tear is not included.

Sofas 1 year manufacturer warranty. Covers the frame structure and collapse of the seating cushions. Note: Sitting in one place constantly will show dip in the sofa, this is normal as the weight is not distributed evenly across the sofa. Wear & Tear in not included.

Dining tables and chairs 1 year manufacturer warranty. Included the chair and table structure. Once Marble/Ceramic Tables are set and no issue is reported, the table top will not be covered of future cracks, chips etc. Table Top is a heavy and sturdy product, can only chip/crack if an object is placed with unusually heavy force. Wear & Tear is not included.

Any issues that arise need to be informed to Customer Support via email: info@swancarter.co.uk. Relevant images need to be provided with as much information as possible for our team to investigate promptly. Faulty items will be replaced as soon as investigation confirms the fault lies with the manufacturer.

Yes we offer finance through a 3rd party. Credit checks are carried out on each application. Currently we only offer finance up to £3000. If orders are over £3000 then remainder has to be paid in full on placing order.
